- Welcome patients, visitors, and doctors with a professional way.
- Book lab tests, imaging scans, and follow-up appointments in person or via phone.
- Collect patient demographic details and help fill out clinical intake forms.
- Assist with cash, card, or digital payments and documentation under guidance.
- Answer incoming phone calls, route inquiries, and share basic test preparation instructions
