Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, coordinate customer interactions, and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or direct interaction
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and customer requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Prepare and maintain a customer database including name, address, phone number, location, and category
- Send periodic reports and updates to management on business and customer status
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Degree
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Language proficiency is mandatory (fluency required)
