About the Role
Ecom Edge is looking for a sharp, dependable Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of the company. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage multiple moving pieces, communicate clearly with customers and team members, and stay calm and resourceful when things don't go exactly as planned.
What You'll Do
- Support daily operations across the company
- Maintain and organize documentation and internal records
- Handle customer support queries and resolve support tickets
- Manage email communications professionally and promptly
- Track and report student wins/results for internal reporting
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong email management skills — managing inboxes, prioritizing, and responding professionally
- Familiarity with WhatsApp community management
- Familiarity with Zoom (scheduling/hosting webinars or meetings)
- Familiarity with Freshdesk or similar ticketing tools, with a focus on ticket resolution and reducing SLA turnaround times
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Sharp, proactive thinker who can figure things out independently
- Confident and able to take ownership of tasks without hand-holding
- Willingness to work 2 weekends a month, with time off given the following week

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
