Job Description
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the General Manager to join our team in Udaipur, India. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of executive operations, providing comprehensive administrative support that enables the GM to focus on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work collaboratively across departments, manage multiple priorities with ease, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and events

Manage executive correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the GM, ensuring timely and professional responses

Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for executive-level meetings and board discussions

Coordinate internal and external communications, serving as a liaison between the GM and various stakeholders, including employees, clients, and external partners

Organize and execute special projects and initiatives as directed by the GM, ensuring seamless implementation and follow-up

Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information and strategic matters

Manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for the GM's business trips

Assist in budget tracking, expense management, and administrative documentation

Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

Support the GM in stakeholder engagement and relationship management activities
Qualifications

Minimum 2-4 years of prior experience in administrative, secretarial, or executive assistant roles

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Proven experience in calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels

Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
