Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Proactively call prospective parents/students from school-provided leads to introduce programs.
- Inbound Inquiry Handling: Receive calls regarding admissions, answering questions about fees, curriculum, and school facilities.
- Admissions Conversion: Convert leads into enrolled students by actively following up and overcoming objections.
- Lead Management: Update and manage the CRM database, recording all call outcomes and follow-ups.
- Building Rapport: Establish a friendly and professional rapport with parents to build trust in the school.
- Scheduling Visits: Arrange school tours and meetings with academic counselors or school management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or customer service (education sector preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software and MS Office.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Traits: Patience, professionalism, and the ability to work under targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
