Knowledge/Skills required: • Minimum 6 - 12 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in the US Market • Experience with recruiting or sourcing for Financial/Insurance Domain • Sourcing and Screening of varied roles ranging from Low to Mid, Mid to High, and Executive roles across different organizations/business units. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously. • Should be ready to work on the night shift. • Individuals should have a fair knowledge of ATS (iCIMS, Job Diva, Success Factor, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.) • Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines. • Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools like Eightfold will be an added advantage. • Creative thinker and solution-oriented approach. • Leadership Skills
