Location: Chennai (Multiple Branches), Puducherry & Cuddalore
Experience: 1–5 Years (Minimum 1 year in Home Loans)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary: ₹2.0 – ₹4.5 LPA + Incentives + Mediclaim

Key Responsibilities
- Generate Home Loan (HL) & LAP business.
- Achieve branch sales targets.
- Source business through Branches, DSAs & Connectors.
- Maintain customer relationships and cross-sell bank products.
- Ensure quality sourcing and portfolio management.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in Home Loans, Housing Finance, LAP, Mortgage or Micro LAP.
- Good sales, communication & relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
