JOB PURPOSE
The role Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for driving various Data analysis to support assigned Units. The person shall also work on strategic projects from time to time as required or directed by the RCOO.
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Demonstrate the ability and skills in handling business insights, analytics, financial insights, data interpretation, and presentation.
- Assist leadership in developing strategic programs that align with organizational goals.
- Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analysis and dashboards.
- Provide strategic input into revenue and cost reporting.
- Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports (Sales & Marketing, Financial, Operational Efficiency, etc.), along with identifying areas of improvement.
- Prepare the business plan in coordination with Finance and Marketing and oversee its implementation. Track the outcome of the implementation
- Create the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and ensure its implementation and achievement throughout the year.
- Provide data-driven insights to team members to ensure the best outcomes across all parameters
- Collaborate with top management to develop strategies and plans for the organization
- Prepare monthly presentations with in-depth analysis on the performance of various units, identifying the root causes of underperformance
- Interpret data and generate reports to support business decisions, identifying trends and patterns that inform business strategies.
- Analyze current business processes & system, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Competition revenue analysis and share insights with the stakeholders
- Ensure the timely preparation of MIS and presentations
