We are looking for a versatile, dynamic, and proactive HR Recruiter & Generalist to manage our full-cycle recruitment process and oversee day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our people operations—ranging from finding and hiring top talent to managing onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (60%)
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with department managers to understand their hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the interview process.
2. HR Operations & Administration (40%)
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and execute smooth onboarding experiences for new hires and handle exit formalities for departing employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, resolve grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update digital and physical employee records (contracts, attendance, leaves, etc.).
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate monthly salary processing, bonuses, and benefits administration.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
