Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced CMA Faculty to train and guide students preparing for CMA examinations. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging classes for CMA students.
- Prepare and deliver lessons according to the CMA syllabus.
- Explain accounting, costing, taxation, financial management, and related concepts.
- Prepare study materials, presentations, and practice questions.
- Conduct tests, assessments, and revision sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress.
- Provide individual guidance and support to students.
- Keep students updated with examination patterns and requirements.
- Maintain a positive and professional classroom environment.
Requirements:
- CMA qualification or relevant professional qualification.
- Strong knowledge of CMA subjects and syllabus.
- Teaching/training experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students.
