Brand Servicing Executive | Mumbai | RepIndia
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client servicing and act as a key point of contact for assigned brands.
- Coordinate and execute digital, social media, integrated, and 360° marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with creative, strategy, content, media, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare briefs, campaign reports, presentations, timelines, and status trackers.
- Build strong client relationships while ensuring quality, timelines, and business objectives are met.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for brand growth and engagement.
Eligibility:
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Brand Management, or Account Management within a digital, creative, advertising, or integrated agency.
- Experience handling digital-first, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding, content, social media, influencer marketing, and digital ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Experience working with multiple brands and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
