As an Xstream Fiber Executive, your core mission is customer acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers in residential areas or small business hubs and converting them into Xstream Fiber subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identifying new sales opportunities through door-to-door marketing, cold calling, and local area mapping.
- Field Sales: Visiting residential complexes, apartments, and corporate offices to pitch Airtel’s high-speed fiber internet and DTH services.
- Product Demos: Demonstrating the benefits of Xstream Fiber (speed, reliability, OTT bundles) to potential customers.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets for new fiber connections.
- Documentation: Collecting customer KYC documents, processing applications, and ensuring smooth coordination with the technical team for installation.
- Market Intelligence: Keeping track of competitor activities and pricing in your assigned territory to pitch Airtel’s value proposition effectively.
