Organizing and maintaining the Partner's calendar, scheduling meetings and organizing travel arrangements
- Reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails and calls on behalf of the Partner and coordinating with clients
- Organizing meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-up on items for timely completion
- Organizing events including logistics, stationery etc.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records and filing systems
- Preparing documents for team members and supporting in administrative work
- Maintaining a well-organized office environment, including supplies and equipment
- Coordinating with team members from other offices esp. regarding onboarding activities, IT etc.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
