As an Education Counsellor at AICRA, you will be the key liaison between students, parents, academic institutions, and AICRA’s training & certification programs. Your role will involve guiding learners toward suitable technology-based educational paths such as robotics, AI, coding, and drone tech, while promoting AICRA’s initiatives, events, and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students, parents, and educators about AICRA’s programs, certifications, and competitions (e.g., TechnoXian, AI & Robotics Olympiad).
- Understand individual academic needs and recommend suitable career paths in STEM and emerging technologies.
- Handle enquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and online channels, converting them into registrations.
- Organize and conduct webinars, school/college visits, seminars, and awareness drives.
- Maintain student databases, follow-up systems, and feedback records.
- Coordinate with academic partners, training centers, and school representatives for smooth program delivery.
- Support marketing campaigns by providing insights into student interests and education trends.
- Meet monthly enrollment and conversion targets set by the management.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Education Counselling will be preferred
- Strong understanding of educational technologies, STEM, and future career trends
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents
- Confidence in presenting and public speaking
- Time management and goal-oriented approach
