Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver Civil & Interior (C&I) projects. You will own the full project lifecycle — planning, execution, vendor coordination, quality control, and handover — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close C&I fit-out projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Manage client relationships — serve as the primary point of contact for project updates
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Ensure all deliverables meet design specifications and quality standards
- Handle procurement coordination, material approvals, and vendor negotiations
- Prepare MIS reports, project dashboards, and progress documentation
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in project management for civil & interior projects
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of C&I fit-out processes, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent project planning tools
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience with ERP/project management software (Primavera, Procore, etc.)
- Prior experience managing projects valued at Rs 1 Cr+
- Knowledge of green building / LEED standards
