You will take ownership of business growth by leading B2B and enterprise sales initiatives across industrial sectors.
- Drive revenue growth with a clear target to help achieve 2X topline growth over the planned business cycle.
- Create, manage, and convert a strong active sales funnel of ₹200 Cr+ pipeline opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans for industrial markets.
- Generate new business opportunities across process industries, engineering companies, HVAC applications, OEMs, EPCs, and industrial projects.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, technical discussion, quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
- Build senior-level client relationships and improve repeat business from key accounts.
- Strengthen sales systems, CRM discipline, forecasting, reporting, and team execution rhythm.

- 2X topline business growth in the next 12 months.
- ₹200 Cr+ active opportunity pipeline built and managed with discipline.
- Minimum 30% conversion ratio on quotation value.

- Scalable sales systems, CRM usage, automation, and predictable review cadence established.

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
- 5-10 years of experience in industrial valves, industrial dampers, HVAC systems, fluid handling systems, mechanical components, or related engineering products.
- Mandatory experience in B2B, enterprise, project, institutional, or industrial sales.
- Strong capability in strategic sales planning, technical sales, negotiation, closing, and client relationship management.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and drive a sales team with clear targets and accountability.
- Comfort with sales forecasting, pipeline management, CRM / ERP / SAP usage, tender handling, and GEMS portal exposure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up discipline, and market development mindset.
