About the Role
We are looking for a high-converting Content Writer to join our Growth & Retention Marketing team. In this role, your words will directly drive user action. You will be responsible for crafting compelling, persuasive, and crisp copy across our retention channels (push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, emails) and performance marketing channels to maximize user engagement, re-engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Retention Copywriting: Write highly engaging and personalized copy for daily push notifications (PNs), SMS, WhatsApp broadcasts, and automated email journeys to bring users back to the app.
- Performance Marketing Ads: Craft catchy, benefit-driven ad copies, hooks, and headlines for paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google.
- In-App Copy: Write clear and actionable in-app copy, including banners, pop-ups, and landing page content, to improve user funnel conversion.
- A/B Testing: Regularly experiment with different communication angles, emotional hooks, and CTAs to optimize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints that resonates with our target audience.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of copywriting experience, specifically within a D2C, E-commerce, or app-first startup environment.
- Skills: Mastery over short-form copywriting, microcopy, and a strong understanding of user psychology.
- Tools: Basic familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage) is a big plus.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing past work (especially high-converting push notifications, emails, or ad creatives) is mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
