Relevant 5+ years of professional experience in Human Capital Management software
Relevant 3+ years hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (incl. full life cycle SuccessFactors EC implementation experience) and preferable additional SF modules (e.g. Recruiting, Learning)
Proficient in configuration & customization as well as release & change management in SuccessFactors
Knowledge on integration / interfaces between SuccessFactors EC and SAP HCM as well as other systems, including BIB (Business Integration Builder and related BADI (Business Add-in)
Basic knowledge of Human Capital processes and operations
Preferably completed a technical or IT related education
Preferably active SAP SuccessFactors EC certification
Experience in SAP HCM is an advantage
Testing and debugging skills are an added advantage
Understanding of databases, data migration and interfaces is an advantage
Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile framework
