Sitapolycoats Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and technically oriented Marketing Executive to promote its range of Polyurethane (PU) Coatings and Industrial Coating Solutions. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, conducting market research, and supporting sales growth across industries such as automotive, furniture, flooring, construction, engineering, and industrial manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for PU coatings and related industrial coating products.
- Visit OEMs, industrial customers, distributors, architects, contractors, applicators, and dealers to generate enquiries and business.
- Promote the company's PU coating systems by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely product trials, demonstrations, and customer support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and assist in closing orders.
- Conduct market surveys to identify customer needs, competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brochures, product presentations, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Support digital marketing initiatives by providing product information, application success stories, and customer testimonials.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales, preferably in PU coatings, paints, adhesives, resins, construction chemicals, or industrial chemicals.
- Fresh candidates with relevant technical qualifications and strong communication skills may also be considered.
- Required Skills:
- Knowledge of PU coatings, industrial paints, coating applications, or related chemical products.
- Strong understanding of B2B industrial sales and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain application benefits to customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
