We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and oversee the complete Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and HR operations while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and induction.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, employee records, HRMS, and personnel documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
- Design and implement performance management systems, including KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, probation reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Identify training and development needs, coordinate learning programs, and support employee skill development initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and culture-building events.
- Develop succession planning and talent retention strategies to strengthen organizational capability.
- Manage compensation benchmarking, salary revisions, incentive structures, and benefits administration in coordination with management.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering recruitment metrics, attrition, attendance, productivity, and workforce analytics.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and organizational workforce planning.
- Maintain HR budgets and optimize recruitment and employee engagement costs.
- Drive employer branding initiatives through job portals, social media, campus recruitment, and recruitment campaigns.
- Manage HR audits and ensure proper maintenance of employee documentation and confidential records.
- Support organizational development initiatives, change management, and process improvements across the HR function.
- Ensure timely communication of HR policies, organizational updates, and employee announcements.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, labour laws, and HR operations.
- Experience working with HRMS/ERP systems and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Experience in manufacturing, sports goods, consumer products, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,537.94 - ₹54,594.33 per month
