Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for Clients.

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in sales / business development

Strong knowledge of staffing models (contract, permanent, RPO, managed services)

Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills

Established network with HR leaders and decision-makers

Experience in staffing firms or HR consulting

Willingness to travel across India & GCC markets
