About the Role
B-Patel Infra is looking for an experienced and skilled HR professional to manage and support key human resource functions across the organisation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sound HR knowledge, and the ability to independently handle HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave management.
- Handle employee engagement, grievance management and HR coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and SOPs.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employee documentation and statutory HR requirements.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes across different departments.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR systems and processes.
- Generate and maintain HR reports and MIS.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions.
- ERP knowledge is preferred/recommended.
- Knowledge of any HRM/HRMS tool will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with advanced HR knowledge and strong practical expertise are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office/Excel is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who is professionally mature, proactive, process-oriented and confident in handling HR responsibilities independently. Candidates with advanced HR skills and exposure to ERP/HRMS systems will be given preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
