Job Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design user-centric interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve product experience.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and creative teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
Develop responsive and visually engaging layouts aligned with modern UI/UX standards.
Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across projects.
Improve existing interfaces by identifying usability issues and implementing better design solutions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance user experience.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design practices.
Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (optional), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Ability to create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and interactive designs.
Knowledge of responsive design and a mobile-first design approach.
Understanding of usability testing and the design thinking process.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
