Job Summary
A Store Executive is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting sales targets. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth store functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate inventory management
- Handle billing, cash management, and store transactions
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Supervise and support store staff when required
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory report.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
