Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor cutting and binding machines efficiently.
- Perform routine machine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults and machine breakdowns.
- Replace worn-out machine parts and ensure proper machine functioning.
- Maintain production records and machine maintenance logs.
- Ensure product quality and minimize machine downtime.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
- Train helpers/operators on proper machine handling and safety procedures.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in operating and repairing industrial machines.
- Hands-on experience with cutting, binding, packaging, or similar production machinery.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and machine safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency breakdowns.
- Basic understanding of electrical components will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
