Skills Required:
- Must be a Certified Yoga & Pilates Trainer
- 1–2 years of relevant training experience to Celebrities.
- Strong knowledge of Yoga, Pilates, stretching & mobility exercises
- Excellent understanding of body posture, alignment & movement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and customized workout sessions
- Confident, disciplined and professional personality
- Client-focused approach with strong motivational skills
- Passion for fitness, wellness and healthy living
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional Yoga & Pilates sessions for clients based on their fitness goals.
- Design personalized workout routines focusing on flexibility, strength, mobility, posture, and wellness.
- Demonstrate correct techniques, movements, breathing patterns, and body alignment.
- Monitor client progress and provide constructive guidance and motivation.
- Ensure safe exercise practices and modify routines according to individual needs.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional training environment.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage consistent wellness habits.
- Maintain basic client progress records and provide regular feedback.
