- End-to-end recruitment of doctors (MBBS, MD/MS, DNB, DM/MCh, Consultants, Specialists, and Super Specialists).
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong database of medical professionals.
- Understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of experience in healthcare/doctor recruitment.
- Experience hiring doctors from entry-level to senior consultant positions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
