Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's sales growth.
Key Responsibilities – Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation channels.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Qualify leads and follow up with prospects to drive conversions.
- Present and explain suitable solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Confidence in cold calling and interacting with potential clients.
- Excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
