Job Summary:
Responsible for driving patient footfall and revenue growth by developing corporate partnerships, insurance tie-ups, and referral networks. The role focuses on corporate empanelment, relationship management, and strategic marketing initiatives to increase hospital visibility and patient inflow.
Key Responsibilities: Corporate Empanelment & Tie-ups
- Identify and onboard new corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and government schemes
- Manage complete empanelment process (documentation, follow-ups, approvals)
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients
- Coordinate with HR/admin teams of corporates for healthcare services
Business Development & Patient Acquisition
- Generate patient referrals through corporates, clinics, and consultants
- Develop partnerships with local doctors, diagnostic centers, and nursing homes
- Promote hospital services (ICU, cardiac care, surgeries, diagnostics, etc.)
- Plan and execute health camps, OPD camps, and awareness programs
Marketing & Branding
- Execute online and offline marketing strategies
- Coordinate for social media campaigns, print materials, and promotional events
- Represent the hospital in corporate meetings, exhibitions, and community programs
Relationship Management
- Act as a single point of contact for corporate clients
- Ensure smooth service delivery for empaneled patients
- Handle feedback, complaints, and service improvement coordination
Reporting & MIS
- Track daily visits, leads, conversions, and revenue generation
- Maintain database of corporates, doctors, and referral sources
- Submit weekly/monthly performance reports
