Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling high-volume hiring, sourcing quality candidates across multiple functions, and driving recruitment closures within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
· Handle bulk and niche hiring requirements across various departments.
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
· Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
· Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
· Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
· Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
· Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and hiring metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 2–5 years of hardcore recruitment experience in agency or corporate hiring.
· Proven track record of handling multiple positions simultaneously and achieving closure targets.
· Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
· Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Experience:
· Experience in hiring for Sales, Operations, Technology, Manufacturing, BFSI, or multiple domains.
· Prior experience in recruitment consulting, staffing, or high-volume hiring environments will be an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Positions closed within SLA.
· Time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics.
· Offer-to-joining ratio.
· Quality of hire and hiring manager satisfaction.
· Candidate experience and engagement scores.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
Office Timings: 10 am to 7 pm.
