## About the Role
We're looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to generate leads and close sales for our SEO and Digital Marketing services. You'll be speaking with business owners, qualifying prospects, understanding their marketing challenges, and booking meetings or closing deals.

## Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to businesses using provided lead lists.
* Introduce our SEO and Digital Marketing services.
* Understand the prospect's business and marketing goals.
* Qualify leads based on budget, need, and decision-making authority.
* Schedule meetings with our consultants or close smaller deals directly.
* Follow up with interested prospects via phone and WhatsApp.
* Maintain accurate CRM records of all conversations.
* Meet daily call targets and monthly sales goals.
* Handle objections professionally and confidently.
## Requirements
* Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Comfortable making 80-150 outbound calls per day.
* Basic understanding of SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or digital marketing is a plus.
* Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
* Basic computer skills.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, or B2B sales.
* Experience selling marketing, software, SaaS, or IT services.
* Experience using WhatsApp Business, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
