Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
- Prepare GST data and coordinate GST return filings.
- Assist in TDS calculations and statutory compliance.
- Process employee reimbursements and expense claims.
- Maintain records of payments, receipts, and financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work within deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in an e-commerce company will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of GST filing and statutory compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).
- Experience handling vendor payments and reconciliations.
