In this dual-impact role, you will split your talents between keeping our customer service engine running smoothly and managing critical job application processes on behalf of our clients/partners. What You’ll Do
As the Director’s right hand, your day-to-day will be a mix of strategic execution and hands-on operational tasks:
- Application Management: Efficiently navigate, manage, and submit high-quality job applications across major portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.) as well as directly through various company career websites.
- Customer Success Support: Assist the customer service team with daily operations, ensuring client inquiries are handled with care, speed, and professionalism.
- Data & Tracking: Keep client records, application statuses, and team metrics meticulously updated using Excel and internal tracking tools.
- Tool Adoption: Quickly learn, adapt to, and master new software and internal platforms as our team grows.
What We’re Looking For
We care about what you can do, not the degrees on your wall. There are zero degree constraints for this role—we value hands-on capability, attitude, and execution.
Requirements:
- Platform Expertise: Proven familiarity with job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri. You should know exactly how to navigate ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and apply directly via company portals.
- Excel Skills: Solid, hands-on knowledge of MS Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and clean data entry).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can write professional, clear emails to both team members and clients.
- Tech Adaptability: A fast learner who isn't afraid to dive into a new software tool and figure it out quickly.
- Team & Self-Management: Excellent collaboration skills, but equally capable of working independently from home without being micromanaged.
