Job Title: Site In-Charge C&I – Civil and Interior
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Supervising and managing construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
· Seamless integration of composite works & direct procured items in the overall work sequence.
· Work mobilization, oversee fit-out construction & management of on-site activities, tracking of cost, quality, EHS & time elements pertaining to fit-out construction.
· Project closure & handover including snag identification/rectification and as-built / project closure documentation.
· Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
· Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards.
Required candidate profile:
· Experience in commercial office fit-out management & construction for GC / Design+Build projects).
· BE / Diploma (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
· Experience with Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
· Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.
Qualification: BE / Diploma (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
Experience: 3-5 years + Experience in commercial office Fit-out design Management & Construction (For GC / Design+Build Projects)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
