We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer with 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, managing site operations and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work progresses according to the planned schedule and blueprints.
Project Execution: Manage the execution of civil work, ensuring all construction aligns with structural drawings, architectural designs, and technical specifications.
Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to enforce strict quality control standards for materials and workmanship.
Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, sub-contractors, and site laborers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any on-site technical issues.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all strict safety protocols and health regulations are followed kuon-site to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
Resource Management: Estimate material requirements, track inventory, and minimize wastage of construction materials.
Reporting: Prepare accurate daily/weekly progress reports and maintain all necessary site documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience: Around 10 years of proven, relevant experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting architectural and structural drawings. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and standard project management software is a plus.
