Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will interact with potential and existing customers, explain products or services, answer questions, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products, services, and offers clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply (if applicable).
Salary:
- Depends on experience, company, and location.
- May include performance-based incentives.
Working Hours:
- Full-time (typically 8–9 hours per day).
- Rotational shifts may be required depending on the company.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
