Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Executive to manage our IT infrastructure and support day-to-day IT operations in our manufacturing plant.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Provide IT support for hardware, software, networking, and printers.
2. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows OS, MS Office, and other software.
3. Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, Biometric attendance system.
4. Troubleshooting of ERP / SAP / Manufacturing software issues.
5. Data backup, antivirus management, and system security.
6. Coordinate with HO for IT related issues and maintain IT asset inventory.
7. Support to users for email configuration and remote support.
Required Skills:
- 1-3 Years of experience in IT Support in a Manufacturing Company
- Good knowledge of Networking, CCNA basics, Hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledge of ERP handling will be an added advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
