Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Update and maintain employee data in HRMS.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Address attendance and leave-related queries.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance inputs.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Assist in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee goals and performance review cycles.
- Coordinate feedback and development discussions.
Compliance & Policy Administration
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support labor law compliance and HR audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Track employee training participation and records.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or Human Resources roles.
