Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the showroom.
- Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable vehicles based on preferences, budget, and usage.
- Present vehicle features, specifications, and finance options effectively.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and features in detail.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, competitive models, and current promotions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, test drives, and sales using CRM software.
- Represent the dealership professionally at events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
