Core Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Assist in collecting and verifying Know Your Customer (KYC) documents.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client profiles, transaction logs, and portfolio files.
- Front Desk Operations: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and route inquiries to appropriate advisors.
- Document Processing: Handle physical and digital forms for mutual fund applications and demat accounts.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments for financial advisors, stockbrokers, and prospective investors.
- Office Inventory: Track and restock office supplies, financial brochures, and application forms.
- Compliance Support: Ensure all paperwork adheres to regulatory guidelines and internal security protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of stock markets, mutual funds, and financial terms.
- Tech Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel, and data entry software.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with high-net-worth clients.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with high attention to detail to avoid financial data errors.
- Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive client financial data with strict confidentiality.
- Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree; prior experience in finance is a plus.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
