Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Visa Counsellor to assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and immigration-related guidance. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in visa counseling, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of visa processes for various countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding study, tourist, work, visitor, and immigration visa options.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.
- Guide applicants through visa documentation and application procedures.
- Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, immigration policies, and embassy requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents within deadlines.
- Assist in preparing visa application forms and supporting documents.
- Track application status and provide timely updates to clients.
- Address client queries and provide professional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve admission and visa success rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visa Counsellor, Immigration Consultant, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of visa procedures and documentation requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple applications and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling visas for countries such as Canada, Australia, United Kingdom.
- Sales and client-conversion experience.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Salary
- Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
- Incentives and performance-based bonuses may be provided.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
