Job Title: Public Relations & Brand Communication Executive / Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and relationship-oriented Public Relations & Brand Communication professional to strengthen the company's brand image, manage media relations, and execute communication strategies that enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will develop compelling brand stories, coordinate public relations initiatives, manage influencer collaborations, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, bloggers, influencers, and industry partners.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and company announcements.
- Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, product launches, and promotional events.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare PR performance reports.
- Manage crisis communication and protect the company's brand reputation.
Brand Communication
- Develop and execute integrated brand communication campaigns across online and offline platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, creative, and digital teams to execute brand campaigns.
- Create compelling content for websites, social media, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Support product launches, exhibitions, corporate events, and brand activations.
Influencer & Partnership Management
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, celebrities, wedding planners, event organizers, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate collaboration agreements and oversee campaign execution.
- Measure campaign performance and prepare ROI reports.
Event & Corporate Communication
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, trade fairs, and corporate functions.
- Coordinate brand promotions and sponsorship activities.
- Develop internal communication materials to strengthen employee engagement and brand culture.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track PR coverage, campaign performance, and audience engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify communication opportunities.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in public relations, brand communication, corporate communications, or marketing.
- Experience in luxury brands, hospitality, weddings, events, retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries is preferred.

Working Conditions
