Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning (Core Focus)
● Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across functions, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes
● Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on talent strategy
● Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through structured sourcing and engagement
● Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
● Track and report hiring metrics, timelines, and funnel eff ectiveness
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
● Manage onboarding, documentation, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes with accuracy and compliance
● Maintain and update HR systems, employee records, and attendance/leave data
● Support performance management cycles, including review coordination and documentation
● Drive adherence to HR policies, processes, and best practices
● Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
