Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. In this role, you will be the face of our company to potential candidates, responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Attracting Talent: Design and implement overall recruiting strategies. Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
- Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a transparent, respectful, and positive interview experience from application to onboarding.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's specific needs, define job requirements, and align on selection criteria.
- Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and preparing offer letters.
- Data & Metrics: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track key recruiting metrics like time-to-hire, source of hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Employer Branding: Attend career fairs, networking events, and college campus drives to build a robust talent pipeline and boost employer brand awareness.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: [X] years of proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and resume databases. Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is a major plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation techniques and the ability to read people well.
- Organization: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

Pay: ₹14,351.19 - ₹18,961.05 per month
