Job Summary
The Media Field Executive is responsible for managing and monitoring outdoor advertising sites, including hoardings, unipoles, bus shelters, wall wraps, pole kiosks, centre medians, barricades, and other OOH media. The role involves site inspections, coordination with vendors and landlords, installation supervision, maintenance, and timely reporting to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and identify suitable locations for new outdoor advertising media.
- Perform regular inspections of hoardings, unipoles, bus shelters, wall wraps, and other media assets.
- Coordinate printing, transportation, installation, and mounting activities with vendors.
- Monitor campaign installations to ensure they are completed according to client specifications and timelines.
- Capture before, during, and after installation photographs and submit field reports.
- Ensure all media displays are clean, safe, and properly maintained throughout the campaign period.
- Report any damages, safety issues, or maintenance requirements immediately.
- Coordinate with landlords, local authorities, and contractors regarding site access and maintenance.
- Verify media dimensions, visibility, lighting, and structural condition.
- Assist in identifying alternate sites when existing locations become unavailable.
- Maintain records of site visits, maintenance activities, and campaign status.
- Support the sales and operations teams by providing accurate site information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline / Nill Degree may also apply
- 1 years of experience in outdoor advertising, field operations, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
