OTR Direct is a leading UK-based logistics and distribution company partnering with major FMCG and frozen food brands. We supply retailers, restaurants, cafés, and distributors across the UK. As part of our India expansion, we are building a dynamic B2B tele-sales team to support our growing international operations.
Role Overview
The Tele sales Executive (B2B Sales) will be responsible for engaging with UK-based restaurants, cafés, retailers, and distributors to promote OTR Direct’s portfolio of FMCG and frozen food products. This role requires strong communication skills, consultative selling ability, and a passion for driving revenue through customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct B2B tele sales calls to UK clients, including restaurants, retailers, and cafés.
Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable product offerings.
Manage and update customer interactions, opportunities, and pipelines in Zoho CRM
Achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Drive repeat business and identify new sales opportunities.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
2 to 6 years of experience in B2B Telesales / Inside Sales.
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills in English.
Experience working with UK/US clients is highly preferred.
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work comfortably in UK business hours.
