Responsibilities:
- Partner with on-site GFRC teams to achieve organization’s objectives of financial statement compliance. Handle stakeholder relationship for relatively complex entities with minimal supervisory support.

Drive/Support statutory audit for assigned legal subsidiaries. It includes generating Audit schedules, Analytics pack, LLGAAP compliant financial statements and subsequent query resolution. The incumbent is expected to front-end relationship with the Hub based USGAAP auditors and actively support the on-site local auditors.

Subsidiary level financial statement analysis through periodic variance analysis, ratio analysis, segmental analysis and other risk indicator techniques. Screen, assess and escalate potential risk situations and seek resolution. Establish bridge between applicable Local GAAP and USGAAP reporting requirements.

Filing of statutory returns/statistical filings as per local regulatory requirements, preparation/bookings of Corporate Tax accrual and reconciliations.

Drive closure on Month end close issues, collaborate with stakeholders and respective KBF functions to address compliance concerns

Will be engaged actively on quarterly corporate tax provision and related payments to tax authority.

Support on local transfer pricing documentation and any related filling as required.

Would be expected to drive operational task with external consultants and managing the relationship to certain extent.

Will be involved WHT fillings and Non netting settlements.

Should be good in communication and a team player.

Knowledge of IFRS would be an advantage.

Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power-point
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant with minimum 1-3 year of experience preferably in Audit or Controllership.
