JOB DESCRIPTION – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
REGIONAL RESPONSIBILITY WITHIN INDIA
POSITION: Business Development Manager
REPORTING TO: BD Head / Director (or as directed by Management)
PRIMARY GOAL: Ensure Entire Business Cycle towards Business Management. Proactively participate to get new business through contacts, RFP (Request For Proposal) and relationship of M & S’s other service lines. In addition, he would be responsible for ensuring the continuity of existing business and maintaining existing Client relationships. With the support of Site Operations team, standardize delivery of Facilities Management Services to clients in the Region within the purview of the Regional Manager, in support of their business needs in accordance with the Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators set out below.

Monthly Business Report
Refusal to New Business
Market Analysis & Intelligence relevant for business conversions.
Develop new client verticals (large townships/warehouses/resorts etc.
Education & Background:
1. Any graduate and post graduate (MBA/BBA preferable) in Marketing
2. Thorough business knowledge towards Engg Solutions & Facility Management in large.
3. 5-8 years of work experience in FM / Related industry.
4. Self-Starter & Problem Solver
5. Meticulous and precise thinker with innate dynamism for problem solving
6. Direct, logical, precise and systematic style in his focus and way of reaching objectives.
7. Had handled challenging tasks and emphasizes the use of facts and logic to handle complex challenges and to respond to difficult deadlines.
8. Multi Regional Experience would be added advantage
9. Manpower / Team Handling capabilities. ( large)
10. Capable to grow & manage the business as profit center management.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
