Job Description
We are hiring energetic, disciplined, and customer-friendly Waiters / Order Stewards for our restaurant operations.
The candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food professionally, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers politely and guide them to seating
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Suggest menu items and upsell special dishes
- Serve food and beverages professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order delivery
- Ensure tables and dining area remain clean and organized
- Handle customer requests and basic complaints politely
- Maintain grooming, hygiene, and discipline standards
- Support restaurant operations during busy hours
- Ensure quick service and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Basic communication skills in Tamil/Hindi/English
- Positive attitude and good behavior with customers
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Ability to work in fast-paced restaurant environment
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service is preferred
- Team player with discipline and punctuality
