We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Experience in sourcing through job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
